1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DaytoBet, you agree to these terms and our market rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and located in a region where prediction market trading is permitted. We may request identity verification and suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• One personal account per user unless explicitly authorized.

4. Trading rules

All trades are final once confirmed. Market prices are determined by participant activity. DaytoBet does not guarantee liquidity for early exit. Orders may be rejected during maintenance, volatility halts, or technical errors.

5. Market resolution

Each market includes specific resolution criteria published at creation. DaytoBet determines outcomes according to those criteria using listed data sources. Resolution decisions are final except in cases of manifest error, in which case corrections may be applied per platform policy.

6. Fees

The only commission is a 5% fee charged when you withdraw funds from your wallet. Trading and deposits are free. We may update this fee with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated price distortion.
• Use of bots or scripts without authorization.
• Multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• Money laundering or funding from illicit sources.

8. Limitation of liability

Trading involves risk of loss. DaytoBet is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or outages beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
